Archiviste

Le partenaire local :

est une une organisation ougandaise liée à l'Université de Makerere, à Kampala, et active depuis 1999 dans la promotion des droits des demandeurs d'asile, réfugiés, déportés, déplacés internes ainsi que ceux des communautés qui les accueillent. RLP s'est fixé comme mission de promouvoir la protection, le bien-être et la dignité de ces personnes en combattant les injustices en basant son action sur trois piliers. RLP apporte d'abord un soutien direct aux personnes concernées : assistance juridique, soutien psychosocial, soins, formation, etc. RLP utilise aussi sa connaissance du terrain afin de contribuer activement à la recherche académique sur ces sujets. Enfin, l'organisation effectue un travail de plaidoyer auprès des acteurs principaux et participe activement au débat national et international sur les sujets de migration forcée, de justice et de promotion de la paix. L'organisation contribue de surcroît activement à la recherche académique sur ces sujets.

Activités et tâches :

Garantir la protection des données archivées en assurant la confidentialité des données nominatives lorsque cela est nécessaire ainsi que la protection des archives physiques et numériques afin de maximiser leur durée de vie ;

Récolter, trier et inventorier le matériel destiné à rejoindre les archives en respectant les normes internationales afin de mettre à jour régulièrement les archives en ligne ;

Mener et superviser la digitalisation du matériel existant lorsque cela n'est pas effectué ;

Développer un protocole de partage de données pour le matériel archivé, pour les visiteurs, ainsi que pour les personnes y accédant en ligne ;

Garantir la sécurité des archives publiées en ligne et assurer un accès convivial à cette plateforme en étroite collaboration avec les informaticiens de RLP ;

Établir des systèmes pour assurer que tout le nouveau matériel collecté est systématiquement archivé dans les temps pour éviter des retards et pour garantir un accès rapide aux nouveaux matériels ;

Établir des codes-barres pour les collections d'archives et créer un système d'inventaire informatisé ;

Renforcer les capacités de l'équipe de RLP pour garantir une autonomie du projet à terme ;

Participer aux activités de sensibilisation d'Eirene Suisse en partageant des nouvelles du projet.

Spécificités du poste :

Seules les candidatures de personnes suisses ou ayant un fort lien avec la Suisse (résidents, années d'études...) seront prises en considération.

Un engagement de volontaire implique de recevoir une indemnité de vie au lieu d'un salaire. Un engagement associatif est attendu, notamment au niveau du travail d'information et de la recherche de fonds en Suisse (animation d'un groupe de soutien).

Couverture des frais de voyage aller-retour ;

Couverture des frais de vie sur place ;

Prise en charge des assurances sociales suisses durant la durée d'affectation (AVS, chômage, maladie, rapatriement, etc.) ;

Accompagnement sur place par un coordinateur régional durant la mission ;

Certificat de travail et pécule de retour à l'issue de la mission ;

Possibilité d'affectation en couple et/ou en famille.
